To Qualify:
You MUST have attended a Ladyjeepers.com Event at the 201/202 level previously.
Minimum of 33" tires required though a minimum of 35" tires is recommended.
THE DECISION IS NOW
All participants must have a state-issued, valid driver’s license. All Jeeps must be registered, tagged, and insured. To qualify for this event you MUST have attended a Ladyjeepers.com event previously at the 201 or 202 level.

This invitational event is perfect for the 201 Ladyjeeper who has attended previous Extravaganza's at the 201 level, Ladyjeepers moving up to 202 or who have previous 202 trail experience.

201
Practice Makes Perfect - 201 - Experience
This level is perfect for the driver with off-road experience and seat time on the trail, or anyone who has done 201 level at previous Extravaganza events.
Minimum of 33″ tires for this Level.
202
Tune Your Skills - 202 -
This level is for the skilled driver and Jeep with safety and protection modifications.
We recommend you have completed the LadyJeepers.com Level 101 & 201 in our Confident Trail™ System prior to moving up to this level to have our foundation educational base. You MUST have attended a Ladyjeepers.com event previously!
Minimum of 35" tires for this Level and Aftermarket Differential Covers. (Belly skids, locker, beadlock wheels recommended but not required)
Body damage to Jeep and breakage is possible at this level.
Invitational Extravaganza Schedule;
Thursday, August 6th
Kick Off the start to the Invitational with some fun!
3:00pm - 6:00pm - Check In/Registration Check In
6:00pm - 7:00pm - Hangout and Jeep Talk
7:00pm - Official Kick Off of Invitational Event together
Friday, August 7th
A full day packed with trail training and education.
9:00am - Start time for day and full day trail ride
On the trail education for the day - Spotting, Line Choices and Training Your Eye.
4:00 pm - Back to camp and relax for the evening
Saturday, August 8th
A full day packed with trail training and trail ride.
9:00am - Start time for day and full day trail ride
On the trail education - How to be a good lead and trail on a trail ride. Practice and feedback for each position.
3:30pm - Back at camp and relax
Sunset Ride for anyone who wishes (2 groups) head out at 6:00 and 6:30pm back around 9pm(ish)
Sunday, August 9th
Education and Fun Games Day
9:30am - Start time for the day at the big pavilion together
9:30am - Noon - Fun Games and Competition
* Crawl Off (who has the deepest crawl reduction)
* Driver/Passenger Team Games (blindfolded cones)
* Spotting Competition and Additional Application/Practice of your Spotting Skills
12:00 - 1:15pm - Advanced Upgrades & Mechanical
* How the Drivetrain works
* The Transfer case - what they are, what they do, when you need to think about upgrading.
Hands on look with the Ladyjeepers.com Mechanic
1:30pm - Awards Ceremony & Close of Event Together
Community, support and an empowering enviornment
Tent Camping
Primitive Group Tent Camping is included for Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
**Other housing is available through Windrock Park Campground, Windrock Gap Campground or hotels in Oak Ridge, Tn

Your participant t-shirt and bag is included.
Park Passes
Park pass for Friday and Saturday trail rides are included.
Coaching & Help
On the Trail and Hands on mechanical and tech coaching.

I bring forward years of coaching as an Experiential Facilitator, Successful Professional Coach in the Sports Arena, and a Back Country 4 Wheel Drive Instructor.
When you leave a LadyJeepers.com Event or Finish a Course inside our Confident Trail University, you have the knowledge and education to keep yourself and your Jeep safe as well as ensure a successful and fun Trail Ride!
